These terms apply to your use of backpackdigitalmedia.com and to the phone calls and text messages you receive from Backpack Digital Media Ltd. (“Backpack”, “we”, “us”), a performance marketing agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia. By using our website or agreeing to receive messages from us, you accept these terms.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program name: Backpack Digital Media appointment messages
What you’ll receive: after you book a meeting with our team and agree to receive texts, we send appointment confirmations and reminders, links to materials we prepared for you (such as a website mockup), and replies to your questions. We do not send promotional text blasts.
How you opt in: you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts when booking a meeting with our team, by phone or through our website.
Message frequency: varies, typically 1 to 4 messages per booked meeting.
Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages. To start again, reply START.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Phone calls
We may call businesses at their publicly listed numbers. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and we will tell you when a call is recorded. If you ask us not to call again, we will add you to our do-not-call list and will not call you again.
Use of our website
- The content on this website, including text, images, video and our logo, belongs to Backpack or is used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse it without our written permission.
- Information on this site is general and provided for marketing purposes. It is not a guarantee of specific results.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Client services
Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Backpack is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
